Plan changes
- Upgrade or downgrade from Billing.
- Downgrades can require reducing active business locations first.
- Manage payment method and invoices in the billing portal.
Payment failure timeline
- Days 1-3: reminder period while account remains fully active.
- Days 4-7: scheduling/publishing can pause until payment clears.
- Day 8+: subscription may be canceled until reactivated.
Canceled but paid period
If a subscription is canceled with paid time remaining, access continues through the paid-through date. After paid access ends, account writes are blocked until reactivated.
