Billing and Account Access

Understand plan changes, payment failures, and read-only behavior.

Plan changes

  • Upgrade or downgrade from Billing.
  • Downgrades can require reducing active business locations first.
  • Manage payment method and invoices in the billing portal.

Payment failure timeline

  • Days 1-3: reminder period while account remains fully active.
  • Days 4-7: scheduling/publishing can pause until payment clears.
  • Day 8+: subscription may be canceled until reactivated.

Canceled but paid period

If a subscription is canceled with paid time remaining, access continues through the paid-through date. After paid access ends, account writes are blocked until reactivated.
