Scheduling and Publishing Troubleshooting

Fix publish failures, reconnect issues, and common scheduling blockers quickly.

If publish fails

  • Open Queue/Calendar and inspect the target error message.
  • Retry after fixing account permissions, media, or caption constraints.
  • Use notifications to jump directly to affected posts.

If reconnect is required

  • Reconnect the affected social account in Social Connect.
  • Confirm destination status returns to Active.
  • Re-run or reschedule failed targets after reconnect.

If nothing is scheduled

  • Check that at least one destination is active and enabled.
  • Ensure queue settings exist for each destination.
  • Use the weekly reminder email setting to detect empty weeks early.
