Account and sign-in issues

Solutions for common account problems: verification emails not arriving, forgotten passwords, Google sign-in issues, and account access after email changes.

Verification email not received

Check your spam and promotions folders

Verification emails sometimes get filtered. Look in your spam, junk, or promotions folder (especially in Gmail).

Wait a few minutes

Email delivery can take up to a few minutes depending on your email provider.

Request a new verification email

Go to the login page and use the Resend Verification link. A new email will be sent.

Check the email address

Make sure you are checking the inbox for the exact email address you used when signing up. A typo in the email during registration is a common issue.

Cannot sign in with password

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address - the one you registered with.
  • Check that Caps Lock is not enabled.
  • If you signed up with Google, you may not have a password set. Try clicking Continue with Google instead.
  • Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password via email.

Cannot sign in with Google

  • Make sure you are selecting the correct Google account (the one associated with your Nowzer account).
  • If you originally signed up with email/password and did not connect Google, the Google sign-in option will not work until you connect it from Settings โ†’ Profile โ†’ Sign-in Methods.
  • Try clearing your browser cookies for Google and Nowzer, then sign in again.
  • If you see a permission error, make sure you are granting the requested permissions during the Google authorization.

Changed email and cannot access account

If you recently changed your email in Profile Settings but did not verify the new address, you should still be able to sign in with your old email until the new one is verified. If you are locked out, try signing in with Google (if connected) or use the password reset flow with your old email address.

Account shows no business

If you sign in and see a welcome screen with no business data, you may need to create a business. This can happen if you signed up but did not complete the business setup, or if your business was archived or deleted. Check the billing page for archived businesses that can be restored.
