Password management
How to change your password from settings, and how to reset a forgotten password using the email reset flow.
Changing your password
If you know your current password and want to change it:
Go to the change password page
Navigate to Settings โ Profile โ Sign-in Methods and click Change Password. Or go directly to Settings โ Change Password.
Enter your current password
This verifies that you are the account owner.
Enter your new password
Type your new password and confirm it. The new password must meet the minimum length requirement.
Click Change Password
Your password is updated immediately. You will be redirected to your profile page.
Resetting a forgotten password
If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password:
Go to the login page
Visit the login page and click Forgot Password.
Enter your email
Type the email address associated with your account and submit.
Check your email
You will receive an email with a password reset link. Click the link. If you do not see the email, check your spam folder.
Set a new password
On the reset page, enter and confirm your new password. Click Reset Password to save it.
Sign in
Return to the login page and sign in with your email and new password.
Password reset links are valid for a limited time. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login page.
Google sign-in as an alternative
If you have Google connected to your account, you can sign in with Google even if you have forgotten your password. Once signed in, you can set a new password from your profile settings.
